Gregg Troyanowski - President, Chief Operating Officer
Troyanowski has engineered a number of business success stories. Gregg is a seasoned veteran and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Troyanowski founded GAT Marketing, Inc. in 1981, GAT Travel Services in 1988, and BreakTime Communications in 1996. Most recently, Gregg was the VP of Web Development at ByeByeNow.com, an online travel franchise organization with over $450 Million in annual sales. Troyanowski was responsible for designing the company's award winning website.
Roman Schepis - Chief Technology Officer
Roman Schepis has more than ten years experience implementing technology solutions for multi-national companies. Most recently Roman was the Director of IT Project management for ByeByeNOW where he managed the development and implementation of an enterprise wide thin client browser based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which won Best Customer Relationship Portal Solution at COMDEX 2000. Previously he was a senior consultant at Amadeus where he played a crucial role in the integration of customized applications for clients including Wal-Mart, Interval International and World Travel BTI. Earlier in his career Roman held various sales related positions in the travel and transportation industry.
Terrence Zielinski - Chief Financial Consultant
Mr. Zielinski is an outside financial consultant for Promero. Mr. Zielinski is an accomplished senior financial officer with significant experience in new ventures, M&A, long-range business plan, litigation support and regulatory compliance. He previously held the position of Vice President, CFO and COO at Cyberguard Corporation (OTC) for three years ending 2001. Prior to Cyberguard Corp, he coordinated the IPO activity and provided the accounting, data, MIS, and regulatory requirements mandated by the SEC at Taco Viva, Inc (OTC-National Market System). He remained at Taco Viva for a period of 4 years. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration form the University of Detroit, CPA Certificate in Florida and Michigan, NASD Financial Principal License and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Marc D. Wolfson - National Sales Director
Mr. Wolfson has been in the business of building sales organization in both telecommunications and the business equipment field for the past twenty-five years. He began a fifteen-year career building sales organizations for the Copier/Fax divisions of Minolta Business Systems and Toshiba America. As Regional Director for Worldcom Marc was responsible for directing the leading region in the United States in sales in excess of $200 million per year. Most recently Marc was appointed as Market Manager for the Wireless Division. He was responsible for opening the market for Worldcom Wireless in Florida in January 2000. Mr. Wolfson created an organization from the ground up that was producing in excess of 50,000 cellular activations per month through both direct and indirect channels in less than a year’s time.
Charles Maslin - General Counsel
Charles is currently a partner and General Counsel of Harbor Holding Company, LP. Charles is acting as General Counsel for Promero, Inc. and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Charles is an attorney with ten years of experience in the areas of technology and telecommunications, banking, corporate development and counsel, and corporate finance. He has been General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for Broadserve, a broadband Internet company and has served in the General Counsel's Office of Salomon Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers. Charles has also consulted for the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development, the Center for Strategic International Studies, and the European Commission in the areas of technology and policy.
